Booking & Availability - What dates are available?

THE FARM Montana operates seasonally from May through October, with peak season running from mid-June through mid-September.

What is included in the venue rental?

A contract with THE FARM includes access to the full venue portion of Wrangler Springs Ranch. This encompasses the Old Red Barn, Ceremony Point, Pond Picnic and Pasture Area, as well as the designated parking lot.

What is not included in the rental fee?

In addition to the package price, clients are responsible for a cleaning fee and a refundable security/damage deposit. Event liability insurance is also required for all bookings.

What is the guest capacity?

For events hosting a reception or dinner inside the Old Red Barn, guest capacity is limited to 200.

For events that do not include a reception/dinner, or that host the reception/dinner in the Pond Pasture (with or without a tent), guest capacity may accommodate up to 500 guests.

Do we have a preferred vendor list?

We do not require clients to use a preferred vendor list—you're welcome to select the vendors that best fit your vision, including catering, bar service, and planning.

That said, we’re happy to share a list of trusted, highly recommended local vendors if helpful. The wedding industry in Montana and the Flathead Valley is thriving, and we always encourage couples to support local businesses whenever possible!

What are the alcohol policies?

THE FARM does not provide bar service. All alcohol service must be provided by a licensed vendor with an active catering endorsement and certified bartenders. Proof of liquor liability insurance is also required for any bar service on-site.

Are there on-site accommodations?

While THE FARM does not offer on-site lodging beyond the venue itself, we’re happy to recommend a variety of nearby accommodations in and around Bigfork. We encourage you and your guests to explore the charm of the local area during your stay!

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes. The Old Red Barn is partially handicap accessible, with ramp access on both the north and south sides. An ADA-compliant restroom stall is also available on the north end of the barn.

Please note that the upstairs level of the barn is not accessible.
